I use an electric hand blender to mix it up without lumps and the aeration makes it thicker. The peach is a nice taste but there is lumps everytime I make it. Very disappointing packages were damaged and had to throw away as they all tasted stale put me off ordering this product again

A good 20 second shake, preferably in a bottle with mini whisk ball inside (available separately on Amazon) and you're good to go. It's not overly sweet or overpowering, but very moreish. Then the "banana" flavoured Slimfast is for you. I've yet to try the peach and apricot

This is my favourite. What a revelation! The raspberry and white chocolate one omg I'm in heaven it tastes amazing it tastes exactly like jammy dodgers definitely my favourite by far. The only downside I found with the blueberry one is it repeated on me and the burps tasted revolting so although it is nice the after affects for me were enough to put me off buying this flavour again.

I regularly order 2 of the 50 meal replacement size. Shame has it does taste nice.

It isn't very strong or very sweet, so if you just want a shake that has some flavour, pick vanilla. There is a slight powdery taste but it doesn't make it unpleasant.
