Sevenhills Wholefoods is my go to choice for many whole food supplements for various reasons mainly because of the purity, quality and value for money. Also beetroot powder as some will know is high in nitrates and has be known to boost levels of nitric oxide which in turn supports circulation so taken pre workout or adding in to your porridge, juice etc can provide many benefits. Overall price wise very good, no scoop included but recommend 5-10g a day and can feel a big difference when I take it. This powder ticks all the boxes for me because it's certified organic, high in prebiotic fibre, contains no added fillers, has no added sugars and is easy to mix in shakes.
I believe this powder is made with the dehydrated pulp of organic beet juice so the fiber content is naturally higher than others on the market which is great for us and our microbes. I bought this beetroot powder for its medicinal purposes and has been shown to offer a vast array of health benefits.
