It might be hit or miss but the one that does work works flawlessly and we like it a lot ! Saves space since you don't need a whole stand.

We loved it so much we gifted it to a family member who also used to pick up their water jugs. Ok so this was all an investment for me, I used to buy so many cases of water. The charging part is great I fully charge it about 1x every two weeks, specifically on refill days of the water jugs while we are out I place it on the charger come home clean it all up and place it back together and ready to drink again.

I ordered two of these one showed up and worked just fine the other showed up and didn’t work plus was missing downspout tube ! Great starter one! Automatically shuts off at 12 cups. Lifting 5 gallon jugs is a pain the the ***, we all know that-and being pregnant, lifting was slowing becoming not an option for me.

It makes life so much easier, let me tell you! The media could not be loaded. Purchased in case we had a hard freeze and lost water again here in Texas. The water tube gets to the bottom of our 5 gallon jug with no problem.

So I finally said let me see,so I went and got my 1st 5 gallon jug and went to Walmart and grabbed a hand pump water one and o man lol, well fell in love and upgraded to this one and let me say the only thing is the water coming out has a small spout on it from our hand push one so it takes a few to fill up but other than that, Just push the button and let it go. 10/10 would recommend. This thing is a game changer. As we do not drink tap water from our home.

Pros: It holds a good charge. Great for parties and outings just place a bucket of ice on the side and you’re ready to go. I wish I had known about this simple but powerful dispenser.

Cons: Leaks at the bottom of the spigot. A little noisy but not bad. I got tired of plastic bottles everyday, and the recycling was crazy.
