The grinder is efficient and gives nice smaller bits of salt perect for food and of course you can re use the grinder after these salts have finished y buying in a pack instead of a grinder. I received the package today instead of yesterday as the records shown but the container is huge and I'm really excited to have it.

It is not only good for eating and putting on and into food but is also fabulous as a bath salt too. It is about four times the size or contents as my other grinder of Himalayan pink salt. It looks great on my kitchen table and i am using it every single day when cooking. I got this at a reduced price in return for my feedback.

Well it does what it says on the tin - its pink (looks quite exotic but lovely pale pink colour), its 390 grams giant ( big nice plastic grinder - easy to use - had no problem twisting it) and its salty. I understand that this salt is not only a beautiful pink colour but is also beneficial as it contains potassium, iron and magnesium, all vital minerals for maintaining good health. Very nice salt love how the grinder gives you uneven sizes when it grinds it I use this on every meat don't use table salt and haven't for the last year.

I never used Himalayan pink salt before so i decided to try it. Overall very satisfied with this salt and would not hesitate to buy again. It is great in the bath as it helps sooth the body of aches and pains and softens the water . I don't think you could fault the quality or value of this in any way,

I love this salt and the fact that you get such a big grinder and lots of this pretty pink salt makes it even better. This salt has an almost identical set of elements as those in our body and has no preservatives or additives such as pink colour! Its arrived the very next day. Amazing value best product I've bought on Amazon to date !
You could also re use it for other items than might need grinder such as spices if you choose. Firstly you do get a very large container with this order and a good grinder too. Bought this as I'm a fan of motivationaldocHe's on YouTube giving advice on Everything, lots of health benefits, exercises, tapping, tummy health and he has helped my TMJ,My sciatica, my anxiety, and now my SLEEP quality, such a soothing voice5 tablespoon of raw natural honey (I got from Amazon as well) and a tablespoon of this gorgeous natural salt (which I use as my key favouring now) mix it up well, put in small glass jar, pop 1/2 teaspoon under your tongue 20 minutes before bed and it's honestly the deepest sleep I've had in years
