The hair is soft, I'm thrilled that she loses zero hair when combing 👍 The firmer in the hair is easy to comb out. The media could not be loaded.

Beautiful doll, so nice in fact i went out and got the other 4 which are equally as beautiful. Good that she will be collectable doll, not playable. One was ok and the other one just break. I had to wash the remainder of the stiffness out of her hair with warm water because brushing didn't get it out close to her scalp and I couldn't figure out how to do up her hair like it was on the box but she's still super cute and the remaining stiffness in her hair DID come out with water.
