• The inseam (top to bottom) is 22 inches. I got a size 31 and they fit him perfectly so I would suggest going up a size. I would buy them again! • No liner on the inside.

I would call it more of a Mellon color. Love these boardshorts but the sizing is not accurate. The pink color helped make them feel a little more feminine and they did look just fine on me without giving it away that I was wearing men's swimwear.
