This book came in perfect condition and very much in time! This is the 2nd book in the Gentleman Series by Scott Lynch (the first being- The Lies of Locke Lamora).

*As usual the writing is different where you get some history which is necessary in the following chapter. So the story follows right where the first book ended and continues from there , with Jean and Locke. *Locke's intricate planning with humor and Jean's endless support is so interesting to read.

And they begin to plot in what they are good at - robbing the richest man in a new city , in which they get mixed up with the Archaean and eventually turn into pirates , where they form new relations and fight for their lives. I've read the first book and loved it, exited to continue the adventure of Locke Lamora! Totally recommend it!

*Though the first book was devoid of romance , this book has a bit of romance but it doesn't overshadow the story . *This has good fight scenes as well most of them are on the sea, so it's even more interesting.

Price is good, and shipping was almost 2 days early! *It doesn't have a middle book syndrome as the story is new . Warning: So if you've not read the first book , don't continue. Though this is a completely different story , it has few references to the first book.

*It's amazing to go back their world and the relationship between Locke and Jean is so envious. Very pleased with that! !
