A previous reviewer who compared this edition to 2005 commented that there was much less detail. There is actually more detail in other areas, towns for example.

I can't comment on the 2005 edition as I don't have it, but having studied several areas on this map, I think that this latest edition, overall, is as good as the 2009 print. I'm more than happy with this road atlas, and in my opinion it is still the best.

There appears to be less detail in some areas, campsites for example - but they are now listed with icons like the blue caravan with the 'C' which identidies this as a Camping and Caravanning Club Site. I've added photos of the 2009 edition and this 2020 edition for comparison.

All in all, it's a road atlas, and it does what it says on the tin, and does it well. CCC have defined the catagories included on this map: R = Ready Campsite, CF = Camping in the Forest Site, CS = Certified Site, and LS = Listed Site.
