The pit is nice and soft and intact. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this. After initial problems with the delivery company due to customs/brexit (which was out of this persons control and was the same situation with other sellers too) they were so quick to communicate and refund the initial purchase.

Delivery took a while BUT arrived a day before estimated, I was just paranoid because of Christmas lol. Was a bit worried about it not holding its round shape but it was packed perfectly and looks lovely. Purchased again once resolved and it arrived so quickly and in a perfect circle shape. My daughter loves her ball pool!
