Not sure who the blame for this one falls on, if anyone, but upon opening the case for "Return of the King" I flipped through to make sure all the discs were ok. They are animated because dragons, ghost, goblins, orcs, and others are not real so what did you expect for movies that are between 7 and 20 years old. They are going to look "Cartoony" as some reviews call it.

To fix this just get a small flat head screwdriver and pry back the little clips a bit backwards where the blu ray clicks in. . The Blu-ray discs played fine and were of the utmost quality

Thankfully, despite this, my discs have no visible scratches or marks. Now, I have a simple enough Vizio 4k TV and soundbar but this set pushes them to the absolute limits. Be that as it may, the delivery was made next day and I do have each of the 3 movies instead of one being a duplicate.

And the quality on 4K just makes it way better. Now they should be more snug in!

The packaging is all made of simple cardboard and chunky plastic, with no other interesting details or features. The movies look fantastic and there is plenty of extra content, enough for every Lord of the Rings fan to be immersed in the fantastic production and the love and care put into these movies, and for every movie enthusiast to be inspired to go and make their own movies.
