I am used to Konjac noodles, so this was a nice change. The texture reminds me of pho or a pack of ramen noodles.

I’m definitely getting this again! I rinsed and massaged them under some lukewarm water until they were all separated and then threw them right into my vegan cheese sauce.

until I found this noodle, It tastes so nice and so soft like normal noodles. These noodles don’t really have a flavour so are perfect in any dish you want some texture without having to worry about duelling banjos. The noodles were perfect. they are really good, no weird texture
