so far (it might be too soon to say) I’ve not noticed a huge difference in hair. There is a whole years supply in this little bottle and it's at an extremely affordable price.

Great quality product for an affordable price, only con is that the tablets are a little large and hard to swallow. I read about biotin & bought these to see if it helped im on wk 6 off taken one a day .

Hair become stronger I bought these to help with recent hair thinning/ hair loss . But then again everything seems to be increasing in price.

I've been using this biotin supplement for a little while now and I can see a difference in the strength and health of my hair and nails. . I noticed just over a year ago I was losing hair which was really noticeable when putting my hair up , then covid hit & unable to see my doctor it was getting no better. So I can admit I used hairtamin “advanced formula” hair tablets for 1 week but they made me a little bit ill due to all the ingredients and the tablet is too big for someone who struggles to swallow them so I’ve been taking just these biotin tablets for another week… these are 2 week results.
