They have great flavours and are easy to eat. Such a shame to be let down my Amazon's delivery people. Great taste, small bars are great for pocket snacks.

These are my go to. As a runner I look for good quality products to help me on my long runs after 8-10 miles i start to get hungry but with these in my ruck sack I can easily reach and graze on whilst running. Perfect to take on long trail runs/ultras for a real food boost.

Find it difficult to get a healthy gluten free snack on the go. Thank you for the bars though, they will be perfect for me solo camping trip!
