The ball is also nice. I’ve been to doctors after $600. Also to get the best stretch I have learned to prop the front of the device (where the toe is) on to a wall or a post because other wise it is difficult to rock the machine back enough to feel a good stretch. This only has ONE abd they added in a little hard plastic dryer-like ball to roll your foot upon.

Turns out, this solid piece of plastic probably can't be broken and will last a lifetime. Cause my feet hurt so bad. The foot massage ball that comes with the rocker, in my opinion, is too large at 2.

There is 2 rubber strips on the bottom that keeps it from slipping. The foot in the pic, for size, is women’s USA size 11. It is comfortable and sturdy.

After a bout with plantar fasciitis that was insanely painful I made it a point to do a full battle if I felt it coming on again. One of the things I had read was how using a rocker can stretch out the muscle to relieve some of the pain.
