So glad so far no toilet issues😂 I'm trying these supplements as I suffer badly with migraines but also because they support bones and teeth health. I ordered these after reading forums for sacriolitis and sjd - i have had chronic pain since September and waiting for a steriod injection to 'hopefully' ease the pain. I always go for vegan tablets so there are no added extras to which these are and best of all they are manufactured here in the UK.

This kind of magnesium is the only one without laxative affect and it is needed in the body to support good muscles, joints, bones and teeth and it is 100% absorbed by the body - the only thing I can find as a negative is the size of the capsules they are slightly longer and thicker than paracetamol so if you struggle swallowing pills this is not for you I jave been reading forums to get tips and advice on anything that might help reduce the pain meantime and this was a constant recommemded supplement.
I have been perimenopausal since 38yrs old which is 9 years ago now and because I'm the only one in my family to have fertility issues, I want to do everything I can to help my bone health. I also do a lot of exercise too and find magnesium is brilliant for aches and pains post workout, so it's a win win for me.
