Installed device on 4th May, located on house wall directly above cable (See photo). To date, pigeons still landing on cable but more towards the garage. 5M, between house and garage which pigeons use as a toilet on to my block paving. I have overhead cable, length 9.

Instructions state 3 to 4 weeks for device to be fully effective. My question is, after 4 week period, should device be effective over full length of cable.
