A joy to spend time with these characters; refreshed with new additions and fleshed out “extras” from earlier books. ”Our good news is book four will be released later this year!

I will definitely be continuing this series when the next book comes out! I loved the first two novels and the unique world and characters Osman has discovered to share with his readers.

Geraldine Croft

The third title in the now-famous and highly-popular Thursday Murder club series is the one I've most enjoyed. They are quite entertaining. This I will suggest makes the plot secondary and at times getting in the way of the pleasure the social interactions of Elizabeth, Joyce, Ron and Ibrahim.

He is a generous author who uses his own intellect and quiz knowledge to keep his readers glued to the pages as the mystery and adventure unfolds. Where the best is seen and sought in almost everyone within these pages. Yay for being back at Cooper’s Chase for a slug of red and a slab of lemon drizzle with the Thursday Murder Club. Lots of laughs too.

IS

another cold case for the intrepid retirees under the leadership of ex-MI5 agent Elizabeth Best, her friends Joyce, Ron and Ibrahim - and Alan, Joyce's dog. A hard criminal drug-dealer meeting her match in the soft spoken logic of Ibrahim - “The good news is that you care.

My only annoyance is waiting a damn year for the next! This time round it’s the murder of investigative journalist and news presenter Bethany Waites. I absolutely loved being back with the gang for this read as they solve crimes, track down criminal masterminds and interview quiz show hosts and cannot recommend this book enough!
