I have a similar pair for my mtn bike, so I knew it would do what’s needed…keep the hands out of the elements. In extreme cold, your hands will not feel feel warm, but the Bar Mitts prevented my fingers from the painful numbing cold in below-freezing temperatures. Over 30 degree Fahrenheit the rides became completely comfortable. None have worked and every winter I suffer terribly on long rides when it's cold.

I suffer from Raynauds (bad circulation), and have tried every glove under the sun. so size up if you like to have a bit of wiggle room and like to put in hand warmers.
