Ingredients:
- Add 100g cubed potatoes, 50g onion, 1/2 cup (120ml) of water and cook until the vegetables soften
- Add another 1/2 cup (120ml) of coconut milk and heat till boiling.
- Add 2tsp of sugar
- Taste and season as required.
- Stir-fry 50 g of Yellow Curry Paste with 1tbsp soybean oil, then add 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk.
- Add 200 g of meat

I also love the green and panang from this brand. The packaging has a recipe that comes close, I had to adjust the amounts of meat and liquid to by preferences, but this curry paste is spot on for delivering the flavor I have been searching for to make the curry base. I actually like the recipe on the carton as a base.

Today I made it too spicy for my little boys, but the teens and hubby LOVED it. During university my favorite comfort food was a yellow curry from a local Thai house.
Since graduating and relocating a few years back, there has been no substitute found for my favor curry comfort dish - until now. Curry has a tiny bit of heat. It tastes weirdly just like when you eat out at a Thai Restaraunt. This paste is simply delicious.
