Had another tv delivered and easy to set up, decent picture and sound A Samsung or Sony may well be that much quicker, but you're probably looking at twice the price at least.

In conclusion, this TV ticks so many boxes. Turning on the TV requires you to sign into an amazon account, once this is completed the TV updated itself via the ethernet connection i plugged into the rear of the set (it also has wifi if you are unable to hard wire).

About 12 months ago i changed my nan from an older style tv to a newer flat screen LCD TV, ever since i installed it she has complained that she is unable to hear any dialogue coming from the TV. Had a bit of an issue with blacks appearing very grey and janky initially but a quick settings alteration had them looking as good as a Sony Bravia. I installed a few basic apps for her like Netflix and Britbox.
