I was thinking about taking my shoes to a shoe shop to see what they could do about giving them a new lease of life, but I bought this instead. I would certainly not recommend using this product for polishing anything else other than what is described on the lid. Little worried to begin with that it was too dark, but was impressed with the finished result.
