This book would make a fantastic gift for a woman in your life who has an interest in nutrition, is pregnant or plans to become pregnant and really believes in the power of what you feed your body. Haven’t read it yet, but very excited based on the reviews Thanks Lily!

Never had a book come apart like this before. I am preparing for my second pregnancy within the next several months (*hopefully*) and wanted to get some grounded, data-based information on how I might have a better, healthier pregnancy than I did my first go-round. Lily walks you through exactly what it looks like to have a “real food” pregnancy. If you think pregnancy is a time to slack on your diet and indulge, I recommend you pick up this book and give that notion a hard second look.
