I upgraded to this one so I can PC all my extras so my fridge leftovers never go bad! The canner itself is amazing! Still I just the manufacturer box but shippers were nicer.

Being single, I'm able to process small batches of broth and anything else that catches my fancy (per the USDA guidelines). Start with just 2 jars so if you make mistakes, you can eat those jars up quickly. The unit was dinted. Please know this before you purchase.

Very easy to follow and I have already canned turkey soup. However, with patience, even I was able to get through these. The current batch of chicken broth is rocking along!

My advice, do the whole run through with empty jars. I exchanged the unit which was very easy. I contacted presto directly and this unit. This Presto Canner is great for beginners.
