Overall, this is an intense read surrounding legal procedure in a criminal trial, that will ensnare readers in; hook, line and sinker. i want to marry eddie flynn. that’s the review.

The only reason why I ordered this book is because of the title, it picked my curiosity and I couldn't stop myself but buy "Thirteen: The serial killer isn't on trial, he is in jury" From the POV of someone whose reading habit depends on mood and content of the book, I loved it! One of my favourite reads to date! ⚡️VIBES: Joe from ‘YOU’, Law and Order, Lifetime Movie worthy blowout endingThis book was everything I wanted and MUCH MUCH MORE! I think if it was set in literally any other city OR have referenced more NYC IYKYK spots it would have PERFECT!

It also had an ode to one of my fav serial killer movies/fav movie of all times, which was a nice treat! But is it ever that easy? Cavanagh successfully pulls the reader in by his use of alternating perspectives.
