Lots to be learned & put into practice in our lives. But was definitely worth the read if you want to set healthy boundaries. The parents never let the child "feel" the consequences and so the child never learned.

This book and the workbook is helping me reclaim my life and put people in their appropriate place in my life. I think ANYONE could benefit from reading this book and understanding that it is ok to say "no" to invitations and commitments. Yes it does site the Bible but try to be open minded and look at the book as what can I learn from this? If only I read it when it was first recommended to me.
