Both came damaged one bottle the cap wasn't on properly and the other was broke so the purple shampoo went everywhere. Yellow hair it does get rid just b careful as mine was light at the bottom n it turned purple but I’m ok with that Superb product.

Used this product twice to get rid my the nasty yellow , left it on 8 minutes each time cab definitely see a difference I’ve used leave in conditioner after to to soften but I’m so pleased once I get the desired colour I won’t have to leave it as long in , ive now ordered the hair mask as well and the reconstructing conditioner I would recommend, Hope I’ve helped not a bad smell by any means, just different.

Changed the colour with 1 quick wash The shampoo definitely removes the yellow tinge from hair.

The conditioner is just a good, it leave any hair so soft and shiny. I ordered this on recommendation from a friend and the first use toned my hair to an ash blonde. I would say wear gloves when using the purple shampoo as it did stain my hands the first time! .

The best non yellow shampoo and the conditioner leaves hair super soft shiny and frizz free and smelling delicious x My blonde hair was very brassy and it few uses of Fanola and turn it into a lovely ashy blonde. I leave the shampoo on for around 3-4 minutes and it can feel slightly drying but the conditioner does cub a lovely job at reviving the hair back to silky smooth! Some comments say that conditioner has a strange smell- to me it smells like cream soda.

Didn't tone down as much as it said it would and was brassy again a few days later. Thankfully it was in a bag but still it's annoying I bought the John Frieda toner but it was rubbish.
