Attention in English for those who do not speak English Our favourite is Victoria sponge - the sponge is a lovely flavour each time we have made this cake since receiving this book.

All along the recipes variations are suggested regarding the taste preferences like in the souffle recipe how you can make chocolate /orange /coffee souffle is mentioned in the same recipe. I have tried a number of large cakes also cupcakes and I am delighted with all the results so easy to follow the recipes l have now started collecting Mary Berry cake tins and found the quality out standing and so easy to clean

All of the book is printed on glossy paper giving it a very neat look. Book begins with all the basic and essential information regarding conversion chart equipment and baking tips for successful results. It disappears so fast! Her recipes are very good.
