I say devices rather than phones because I have big plans to use it with my dashcam and also with my gopro. Unfortunately this company has pretty much ignored their page and is still talking about the 12 series. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOWThis disk won’t stick to any other phones or devices BUT they include a metal ring that can be attached to other devices to make it compatible. This worked great and the mount is now portable for use in multiple places.

I was looking for a simple puck that I could put anywhere in my house and use as a mount, and to my avail, I could not find one anywhere. I needed something that was as minimalistic as possible, that I could hide on the tunnel alongside the seat or some other place where I could reach it easily but the mount would be almost invisible.

It does pass that test - the 3M tape is strong as long as you clean the surface properly before sticking it in place. I am often the passenger in a friend’s car and there is absolutely nowhere to put my phone other than in my pocket, which isn’t practical because if it rings I have to unbuckle my seatbelt to fish the phone out. This is one of those items that either works or doesn’t work.

DOES IT WORKYou probably can think of a dozen places you could stick this thing IF it works. This product was literally only item I could find that fit my needs. YES OR NOThe real story is whether it is strong enough to hold my phone, otherwise it’s worthless. The metal is solid and high quality, and the size fits the iPhone 12 magsafe perfectly.
I like that with a mounting disk this small I could be creative and find just the right spot. That doesn’t help for anyone who has the latest phones. The magnetic force seems to be similar to using the charging disk, which is good. The magnet’s adhesive disk won’t be as effective unless you find a spot that’s flat.
