The hoover is 6. It basically eleminates the limited mobility problem of upright hoovers. I hoovered whole house with Henry two days ago.

)The Shark came in quite a compact box and was easy to assemble, simply clicking the components into place as directed in the instruction manual. This hoover is not cheap, but you can save over £100 when on sale. Easy to empty the dust tray, easy to switch from one thing to another.

The included tools are all good, just the standard stuff, nothing fancy, just what you need to clean the house, car etc. At 190cm tall, short vacuum handles have been the bane of my existence for some time, however the Shark handle is long enough that I don’t have to bend down and break my back in several places to vacuum the stairs or the skirting boards. The main cleaning head on the vacuum was a little smaller than I had hoped for.

The main reason for this brand was the "lift away" feature although other brands offer this feature as well. One feature that I didn't see on competing brands is the headlights. This is not bad either but the shark logo is quite tacky, especially the plastic pretending to be chrome around the branding.

Very very happy with my new hoover. I would have given Shark 5 stars but I did find it quite heavy to handle. More suction power than my old Gtech Ram.

This thing could suck the concrete floor from my backyard, its so good. It's not like you can't use the pet hair remover tool until, it's perfectly good for human hair as well as dirt set deep in the carpet. The media could not be loaded.

For me it's not a big deal, as I mentioned before it's an item that spends most of the time in the cupboard anyway, but for £300 you'd expect something more durable. I cannot believe a hoover would made me so happy!
