Another great feature is that all of these recipes are easy, and except for spices, have only 5 easy to find ingredients. It's toss between Vegetable Curry (with tofu and bell pepper) and (Turkey) Taco Soup as my most favorite soup. This may be best meal plan book I have ever purchased.

Only wish the meal planning went further then two weeks, other then that, I love the recipes, love the simple directions and easy meals that taste amazing! This allowed us to make our own meal plan. However, because there are a few recipes with ingredients that I don’t like (beets for instance), I decided not to follow the weekly meal plans at first.

I like that the book gives you a 2week meal plan with a shopping list and an optional weekly prep guide. I wish the illustrations were more colorful though.

The ingredients are simple and things I already had in my pantry. I bought this book to help my husband who has inflammation issues. Also, almost every recipe is gluten free. I have throughly enjoyed cooking these recipes and best of all, my digestive health is improving.
