For me the design is great alongside the comfort and the battery. As a working from home professional after the pandemic I have a loud house some times and the noise cancelling impressed me a lot reducing noises and chatting in the background. I am a tech gadget user and I really like to test headphones especially due to my big head that not every headset fit, whether it's too tight, too small, or even can't use it for over 4 hours between my meetings, watching videos, listening music this headphones are the best comfort so far until now. They have improved many aspects since the previous version.

If you are in a meeting using Teams in my case, it gives you the priority to the USB plug rather than Bluetooth. Jabra could increase the sound, in some cases I have to raise the volume almost to the maximum but this can be adjusted if you are using different apps or devices.

I live in a 3 house bedroom with my home office upstairs and when I walk down to the kitchen the call is still on if you are using the plug but with blueetooth it can break down. The downside is if you need to use on your left side you can't as it is not 360 rotation.
