When it dries the product will dry like a rubber consistency. Much easier and you won't get boxed in! Hope you find this review helpful! Don't forget to go around the edges with a brush first.

Applied just like paint but be aware that if you get it on your clothes or hands it's a bugger to remove. ) See our pics! Anyhow it does say you cannot apply on a gradient roof but applied by brush this is totally possible even able to apply it with a roller on a tray is actually very quick.
. It's great at sealing cracks, and looks really durable. Very good quality and very easy to use. Otherwise the only way to remove it is by 'mechanical separation' which is not what I want to do with my fingers.
I would never have used felt if I knew this existed (i did on a previous treehouse. (Honestly didn't happen to me.
Best to remove it quickly with Xylene ( Rustins THXY300 Xylene Thinners ) as instructed on the tin. )As mentioned one tin was enough to go over twice our side return roof, just in time for this lovely summer showers! Great product - covered felt that was cracking and looked like it had seen better days.
