) as I used to. So yeah, not bad really! The pack recommends you take no more than 6 tablets in a day so I may just add another 2 into my routine. I have been taking them fairly regularly for over 2 years and I am wondering if my body had become too tolerant to the caffeine as I don’t get the same level of positive effect (more energy, more alert and focused etc.

These are great as a rule, although if you are extremely exhausted and sleep deprived I found they don’t help so much. I take 2 tablets in the morning when I wake up and then 2 again in the afternoon when I find myself struggling to concentrate, feeling sluggish and struggling to stay awake etc. Probably best suited to a mild level of fatigue as I have taken these and managed to fall asleep within the same hour when very tired. 78 for 240 tablets that last me about 60 days, roughly 2 months.

These can be found cheaper in stores but they’re fairly reasonably priced on here - £5. But as I said previously, if you’ve just had a late night and want to feel more awake these do the trick and save you from having to neck 2 cans of sugary energy drink at 6am for the same effect!
