It is a product without preservatives, GMOs, gluten, artificial colors, allergens and is absolutely vegan. I switched to this one because it is very regular, it is not the best but it has a good price with a good amount of capsules and strains and CFU, something very balanced and with the best strains. I have taken the first bottle and I really don't know if it complies with what it says or not, and I don't know how to check the effectiveness at the consumer level and if I am taking it correctly, since the instructions indicate taking two capsules at a meal and not much else. Whereas when I complied with the recommended doses I solved the problems that this disorder brings, even if sometimes with difficulty.
