It's been about three weeks now and they are still using them from time to time, I actually had a call from them last week to thank me for the phones and the quality of the audio that I could hear was very good with crisp and clear vocals. It has some really good functions - like being able to use a big analogue clock face instead of digital, and it will automatically send a text to someone when the battery levels drops low (needs setting up of course).

They are both absolute technophobes but I was hoping to give then at least an insight to the new way of communication along with knowledge at their fingertips. Overall, this is an excellent phone for any elderly people or even someone that has problems using their fingers.

This phone is well made. The SOS button on the back is easy to see and easy to get to if the need arises. - Nicely designed and seems durable to last longer.

*** Bad Points ***- Battery life is disappointing and hardly lasts couple of days on standby (no-use) state. Recommended.

I have used the phone for around 3 weeks and my impression is as follows:*** Good Points ***- Built quality is good. - Great for elderly people who need basic functions. I didn't have a spare SIM of the correct size to be able to test the communication of these myself but as can be seen in my photos there are plenty of built in apps and settings to suit the majority of users.
