Easy to use. If the washer is damaged or faulty, it should be replaced immediately.

I would request the seller to look into the quality of the rubber washers they provide, as this is a critical component of the product. Very easy to install as per the instructions manual provided. I had to call a plumber to identify and fix the problem, which ruined my buyer experience.
