Really good and comfy, I was worried about it arriving squished and with crappy memory foam like reviews from other neck pillow brands but this came in a big cardboard box so wasn't squeezed in. We took out the foam to pack extra stuff as it was a Ryanair flight with only the sml cabin bag of 40by25by20cm. So it was for extra storage! Has outer clothing with zip lining which you can remove and wash.

Has been advised for My neck pain issue. :) the cover is soft and not waterproof but there was the handle type thg to carry so that was handy and we got to carry extra clothes (underwear n tops) i recommend

Hopefully will be comfortable in the long run! Delivered in time. We never used it for a pillow. Just started using it.

. The foam is a bit tough but i imagine with use it will soften. It's soft and comfortable. Looks exactly like the pictures and would definately buy again.
