I got the after market rails and they work great. Very happy.

Purchased this saw in a hurry to work with the Festool guide rails since I couldn't get the Festool TS 55 REQ in time (last minute lack of planning). Its perfect at what it is, cuts square, fast, and true. Love this saw.

This is a real game changer and a must have if you cut plywood. Compared to a wormdrive skill type saw, this is pretty quite too, made in England too not China. I needed it to cut down a black walnut table top after a glue up in time for Christmas dinner.

Five stars. Pay the extra and buy good blades. I use the festool track, so no issues with that, keep the blade sharp, as it will start to frag board edges with a dull thin kerf.
Worked flawlessly. Pics are of the saw and track in use, completed cuts on the top, and almost completed table. Aside from the user error, this saw performed admirably.
However, I've never used the Festool or any other track saw before; so I can't comment on which is the best. It arrived perfectly aligned, and ready to go. Just know that if you don't want to spring for the Festool, this one will work great. The media could not be loaded.
