Although listed as new, the item delivered was clearly used. Bought it to replace my old DS4 as the touchpad wasn't working They get slippery very quickly, and are known to degrade very quickly.

The thumbsticks are also terrible. The design of the New Dualshock 4 controller itself is fine. I like having the light up-front now.

So I take partial blame. Good controller, however the rear hump causes pain in my middle fingers as it forces them towards my ring finger on both hands.

I didn't realise that I was not purchasing directly from Sony/Amazon UK when I bought it. It was only £39, so I was saving a couple of pounds. possibly refurbished. à r.
