I also like the feature of the extra extended handle that is provided to reach my back, the handle has this soft grip which is a nice addition. Have told family members and friends about it. I like the heating head, I used it in a very cold room and it was hot immediately. But count how many are in the case.

They provide more attachment heads than most machines I've seen. It lasts about 4-5hrs. Also comes with a heating flat head that can heat up to 140 F, which I love.
