When I write a review it is because I am thrilled by the product. The cushion actually has only one single piece of elastic sewn to the cushion at each end. Well worth the price. I like that an extension was provided for the pillow for wider chairs.

Loosing it's stretchiness. Soft and comfortable on my neck. There is no buckle that connects two larger pieces of elastic and is adjustable.

But I feel like the strap might get loose after sometimes. Although the branding on the front of the pillow makes it look cheap & unappealing, it is very comfortable. Only complaint would be that the fabric used to wrap around the chair was not stitched to the right spot on the pillow, causing it to dangle & hang downward until you fit your head up against it - you will have to readjust the pillow every-time you lean forward or stand up. This neck support pillow gives me just the right firmness needed for my new chair.

Would buy again. It stays in place and feels soft yet firm like one would expect from memory foam. the best addition to my computer chair. Fairly comfortable and supportive.

no more straining my neck just a nice comfortable seating position and I wish I had got this years ago. However, if you plan to attach it to a recliner or other large chair please beware that the piece of elastic on the back is not as pictured. Now I can watch TV without folding up a blanket and stuffing it behind my neck.

The size is perfect for my neck and the material does not compress into a permanent pit but keeps its shape very well. Liked the support it provides for my head and neck when I use my reclining lounge chair In this case the Desk Jockey pillow is a premium improvement over the many products tried previously!
