One small thing they could fix is the instructions. Main instructions are correct and quick start instructions are off, just and FYI. Something to note, the operating notes are different on the single page cheat sheet and the longer detailed instructions.

Only have used them once on the mountain myself at this point but my friend has them too and loves them. The bass is ok, not great. The quick start (which is what everyone reads) says the right button turns the device on and off and it appears to be the button to turn it on but not off.

The left press and hold turns it off. The cheat sheet shows to use the right ear button to turn off, while the longer detailed instructions correctly show the left ear button. Great helmet headphones. Just received my product.
Sound is good and controls are very glove friendly and easy to use. Pressing and holding the left ear piece actually turns off the device. Pretty happy with this purchase.
So far no complaints other than I find it really odd that there's no "skip back" function according to technical support, even though the guide card clearly states. Great for playing music but hearing others (if you want to) and also for taking calls.
They've gone throught trouble of adding all the basic functions except for that. I use while snow skiing. Pressing and holding the right ear piece does nothing, on the other hand.
