This incredible cookbook is a staple in our household, discovered thanks to some friends who made us the doriyaki pancakes with blueberry mascarpone. Beautiful book! The media could not be loaded.

Great recipes with most ingredients being easily accessible. I don't think any of the recipes have taken over an hour of active cooking time, which is perfect for me. Cooked the bao buns so far and they turned out lovely and fluffy.

I was a little hesitant first because it is not my regular type of cooking, but these recipes were easy to understand and tasted great from start. Since then, we have discovered so many favourite recipes: miso brownies, tomato curry, pumpkin malai kari, food court Singapore noodles, sprout nasi goreng. This is a great book, easy to understand and giving a bit of spark back into vegetarian diet. If you're looking to explore a range of Asian recipes, this is the book to start with.

I bought several cookbooks last year and this is the one I use the most. Every single one has come out absolutely delicious - not had a bad one yet! So far I've made the broccoli pad thai, the paneer kofta and the ginger and spring onion and noodles and every one turned out perfectly. I've been so impressed that I've since bought this book for two of my friends as a gift.

I enjoy that the book has a lot of photos - almost every recipe has an accompanying picture - as this means you can get an idea of what you're aiming for! So far this has been great, delicious recipes that are easy to make and don’t require too many strange or expensive ingredients - and healthy too! I would wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys cooking and eating good food. and of course those pancakes!
