About this deal
All other products 1/2 day processing time. Orders that contain draper or silverine products allow for the extra time to process and pack. The Marshalltown M28393 Drywall Patch has an aluminium plate that provides a rigid backing. All Silverline and Draper branded products have 2/3 day processing time. Fibreglass mesh eliminates the need to pre-plaster. The patch is self-adhesive and won't rust.

The patch could be slightly more adhesive, as others have said, but it's okay. Used two coats of Gyproc ready-mixed filler, then two coats of undercoat/primer, and finally two coats of ceiling paint.
These patches looked just the job (easier than fixing pieces of wood behind the hole, then cutting a piece of plasterboard to fit and attaching that to the aforesaid wood then filling). I am very happy with the end result.
Needed to patch a hole where a flue used to go before I had the boiler moved.
