Why they're called Oyster cut thighs remains a mystery for us. Even if the skin becomes soggy in a braise after being pre-browned and the flavour is handed on and any case I love the skin regardless of it being crisp to the teeth or soft and wibbly. All our Chickens, Organic and Free Range are free to roam. With unlimited outdoor space, with shaded areas, and dust bowls for scratching, they represent the true definition of free-range. NOTE: When making marinades for the grill and while I keep the bone in, I will remove the skin for such things as a tandoori that the marinade not be prevented from penetrating the meat. Our Organic oyster cut Chicken thighs are full of flavour, with the skin on and bone in.

(although I will edit this opinion if so). At the moment it does not seem that they are going to pass or make balls with rubbing, but time and use will tell. Conclusion: I found the value for money good (despite the shipping costs) and I am very satisfied. The fabric is semi-thick (they go very well for the cold) but very comfortable.
Everything is very well sewn and finished. . They are high waist and the color is more beautiful than the pictures, and a little darker (at least the brown I bought).
I loved it, although next time I will try with a size less because they give quite a size and as to me, for comfort, I do not like that they girded very much, I think even with a size less will fit me to my liking.
