Unable to secure main hoover attachment. The media could not be loaded. My son loves it, he wanted it so much because he already has Henry and he was very happy thank you very much for the good quality product, I highly recommend it.

Our daughter was made up with it and follows us round whenever we're hoovering. Breath of fresh air to have someone who genuinely seemed to want to help solve the problem. Spoke to a man eventually who instructed me to email with details this issue is now being dealt with by a very friendly and helpful young lady.

I will say this is recommended for 3yrs+ but it's sturdy and kept in the living room. Fantastic little hoover.
