I’ve been able to hoover the plastic without any dramas. When removing hold down the carpet as we found that it momentarily lifted the carpet and pulls it out of the fittings if pulled hard or quickly.

Lovely roll and when I took it off carpet was all ok. Not slippy to walk on, we always wear Crocs in the house so had good grip and both dogs have run up and down stairs on it, not tears from claws and no slipsAs you can see from the photo it is bright yellow with black branding all over it - it is for having work done, not protecting your carpet at a party. Good price. It provides good adhesion and protection.

Our builders used a similar product on our stairs earlier in the year to protect the carpet from plaster and brick dust. Very easy to apply although it definitely helps having 2 of you for the stairs. It should be padded down smooth by the other person as the roll is held taught. Just bought anonother roll for next project.

You'll need transparent for that 25 metres goes a long way - I put two layers on our stairs as one width wasn't wide enough and then covered the landing carpet so I can gloss the skirting boards and door frames up there. 😇👍

Very strong we used steps on it, moved them many times no holes from the legs. I got this to protect my freshly laid carpet on stairs and landing while moving in and builders still fixing few things. I would buy again.
