Perry lays out her methods and thoughts very gently, with lots of good examples from real life, little case studies; but it’s the insights which really help. I have got it as a gift on Mother’s day.

Importantly, it opened my eyes to navigating the challenges with my junior son and husband, offering practical exercises I'm genuinely excited to incorporate into our lives. It’s not overwhelming with information and useless statistics , the author has done a good job speaking from experience and sharing only what’s relevant and relatable.
