Also excellent customer service from Venture UK! Bassinet is a great size for my 3 month old. Seems like a good cot and mattress is comfortable however there were no instructions on how to fold it away I had to email the company who sent me pictures. Only thing is the Bassinet has a tear along the seam.

The assembly instructions need a bit more detail however you can manage it without it. Love the colour, size and shape. What to say more than delighted, perfect to put it in the small space dedicated to it plus my daughter slept very well there the bed folds and unfolds easily for a more than easy maintenance. They are going to update new batches with instructions.

Uploading photo here on how to put it down hopefully save others time! 5cm thick), we just had a sheet on it, maybe it’s because he normally wakes himself by banging his head on his normal cot!

Love it Contacted seller through their website and haven't recieved anything yet. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone, and the company, very happy customer! In fact he slept so well when we trialled it at home we left him in it for all his sleeps for 2weeks, and a few nights he slept through the night which he hadn’t done before!
