Battery lasts enough for a massage session and the grip is fantastic. I would definitely recommend with all the different heads you get as well it gives you a lot of variety.

I got this primarily for my wife who suffers from a bad back and neck after a horse riding accident a few years ago. One looks like a tennis ball and is for large muscle groups like a thigh, one is hard and small like a large bullet and that is for a concentrated area that might be sore. I suppose that is the only issue, depending where the pain is, you might have to have someone use it for you. I love it.

Don't turn it on to 1 and then press hard against the base of your skull as it will be a shock and you'll feel like someone has just hit you on the back of the head! As for my wifes neck and back, the spine attachment on a fast speed helps her back and the smaller of the 2 ball shaped ones on a slow speed help her neck. It has 8 different connectors to hit small muscles to big muscles. The media could not be loaded.

It’s nice as you don’t need anybody to massage you 🤣. For example, a slow one with a hard attachment isn't comfortable on my knee, but does suit a soft tissue area. Another looks like a fork shape and that is for going down either side of your spine.

This is exactly what I wanted after having a tiring day at work. On first try, it is quite suprising how powerful it is. This massage Gun is equipped with several different massage accessories and differentiates various massage intensities. I've found that the faster speeds are more comfortable as it is more of a vibration massage.

This massage gun has been my best companion from last 5 days. The battery backup is also good. She says it is much nicer than the scarf-type massager. But it depends where you are doing and what attachment you are using.
